Free goodies is a new concept.
Basically, every once in a while, I’ll find some stuff that I’d like to share with you guys and then I’ll then bundle it up and give you links to download it later. Since I’m just starting out on this, I’ll post some goodies often until I start to run out of stuff to share from my hard drive.
Today’s theme is Hatsune Miku.
Want it in 1600×1200?
Many people have uploaded fanart on Pixiv, Piapro, Moe Imouto, Danbooru and DeviantArt. I went to those sites and chose a few hundred images and then narrowed it down to the best.
The result is a .ZIP file with 103 images: 初音ミクの写真の回収.zip (A few images are not work-safe)

If you want songs, you can go to Playlist.com and search up Hatsune Miku, or you can go to Piapro and search the database of over 10,000 songs. That takes a lot of time, though, so here are some links to good songs:

Some songs do not have their direct link becuase either don’t work at the moment or they have been moved. The included link will take you to where you can listen to the song instead. If you want to rip the song, I recommend the DownloadVideo Helper extension for Firefox. [The icon looks like three marbles.] Learn to use that, and rip off the songs.
*To save songs quickly, right click on the links and choose the option for saving the linked file. [Don't do this for song #2 or for any of the the non-direct links.]
